Previously On Dirty Diana
Do you want to sit by me?” he asked pointing to the seat next to him..
“Dee, sit over here, with Lily and me,” he called rather loudly and pointedly patting the seat next to him.
“Yeah! Sabby, sit with me!” Lily exclaimed,
God, I can’t say no to that, not when it’s Lily. I gave Banahene an apologetic look and he nodded, letting me know it was alright.
“When do you have to be home?”
“Didn’t your mom tell you?” I’m staying here until your training is over. Your mom thought it would be a great idea,” d.
“Wait, what!?”… Oh wait until Kwesi hears this, he’s not going to be happy…
“Are you eating with us tonight?”
“I ate with Lily before we came home
“Oh, well then I guess it’s just us eating dinner tonight,”
“What do you mean us”
“Um, well…you see…Banahene is staying here with us until my training is over…?”
“What!” he yelled,
“Mom, Dad, you can’t be serious, right?”
“No, I’m afraid we are. Why? You don’t like Banahene?”
“Well, no it’s not that. It’s just that I don’t trust him sleeping in the same house with Dee.”
“Don’t worry sweetheart, his room is on the third floor,
“Alright fine, but I’m not happy about it,”
“Kwesi, you don’t have to worry, I’m not like that. Plus I already told you I’m dating someone, remember?”
Banahene has a girlfriend? I didn’t see that one coming… well, maybe I did. I mean he’s hot. So it makes sense that he has a girlfriend. In fact, his girlfriend was probably really pretty; like a supermodel or something.
“So, I won’t do anything to your sister. Plus I only like her as a little sister, like you do,” he explained.
A little while later Mom and Dad both went up to their rooms and Diva, Banahene, Kwesi, and I began eating our dinner.
Mr. Baker served everyone a delicious looking pizza, except for me. I had a chicken salad (which actually didn’t taste too bad) since I was eating healthily from now on. After we finished eating we all headed upstairs, into our rooms, for a good night sleep, including my trainer

Beep Beep Beep!” was the unfortunate sound I heard when I first got up this morning
“Louisa, sweetheart are you awake yet?” my mom called from outside my room. Louisa is my real name but my friends call me Diva Queen, well i deserve it because i was really a Diva
I yawned and turned over, not replying.
“Louisa!” my mom screamed when she got no response. I closed my eyes, hoping she would go away, but knowing I should answer. Inevitably she came into my room, and threw my covers off me.
“Get up or you will be late for school.”
“But mom, it’s not even 7:30 yet, school starts at eight o’clock,” I whined, grabbing my covers and trying to go back to sleep.
It didn’t work though as she grabbed my covers back saying, “ it takes twenty minutes to get to school, and you’re not even awake yet.”
“Fine….” I mumbled, finally getting up, and going over to my closet.
“Good. Have a nice day at school, honey,” my mom said cheerily as she pecked me on the head and walked out the door.
After doing my makeup I was ready to go, so I grabbed my backpack and ran out the door, yelling goodbye to my parents as I went.
I checked my watch. It was only 7:45 a.m. Wow, I got ready in fifteen minutes! That beats my last record.
Finally I got to school. I timed everything perfectly because as soon as I got through the front door the bell rang.
“Yes, I made it!” .
I entered my classroom.
“Ah, nice for you to join us Diva,” Mr. Boakye said as soon as I walked through the door.
“Sorry sir, I over slept,” I replied, giving him my usual excuse.
“Yeah, that’s what you say all the time.” I heard a few people laugh so I glared at them until they stopped.
I could be scary when I wanted to be, but if I don’t want to kill someone, then I really can be the nicest person you will ever meet.
“Just take a seat,” Mr. Boakye said, bringing me out of my thoughts.
“Fine,” I said before taking the only seat available in the class. After I saw who I was sitting by though, I didn’t bother to conceal a groan. Of all the people I could sit next to, I end up by Kojo.
I hated his guts ever since I first met him, and his bullying Diana made my hatred for him even worse. When he noticed me glaring at him he sent me a big (disgusting) grin.
“Hey, where is your little friend? Um, I think her name was… Dirty Diana?”
“What did you say about Diana?” I asked dangerously as I turned towards him.
“You heard me,” he said cheekily, a smirk on his face. Oh, it’s on!
“Diana is not Dirty, so stop calling her one! She’s not even coming to school any longer because of you!” I shot back, my voice raising higher with every word.
“Oh well then that’s a good thing. We don’t have to look at her ugly face and body ever again.” He began laughing and a few people that overheard him snickered as well. I glared at them my temper rising.
I had it with this guy! Nobody, and I mean nobody, talks about my friend like that and gets away with it!
I got up from my seat, and walked in front of his desk, staring down at him. He stopped laughing and looked at me with a smirk.
“Diva what are you doing?” The whole class turned to look at me as Mr. Boakye finally realized I was standing.
“Something I should of done years ago,” I replied before I punched him.
He fell out of his seat, covering his now broken nose as he looked at me like I was crazy.
Everyone else in the room was shocked that I had just punched the hottest guy in school. Even though he completely deserved it.
“Miss. Rose, office, now!” Mr. Boakye yelled as Kojo clutched his bleeding nose.
“Whatever,” I said shrugging my shoulders, grabbing my things and heading out the door.
That was completely worth it! I can’t wait to tell Diana this, I thought as I happily skipped my way to the front office.
“Dee are you awake yet!?”
I yawned a little from my bed, but called down to my mom anyway.
“Yeah, just woke up!”
“Good, your home tutor is here already. Hurry up and get downstairs!”
I yelled back that I had heard her before I finally got up from my bed, and went into my wardrobe. After I grabbed a plain, white t-shirt I ran into the bathroom and took a nice shower.
Once I finished I came downstairs, for breakfast, just a glass of water, and some Oatmeal with bread.
I walked to the living room and immediately saw a middle aged woman
“Hello Diana, I’m Mrs. Naa, your new home tutor,” she said smiling and holding out her hand.
I took it with a small smile.
“Nice to meet you Mrs. Naa.
“Likewise, let’s get started, shall we?” she asked pointing to the seat next to her and getting straight to business.
“Yeah, sure,” i said wanting this day to be over already thinking diva is having a better day then me right now, I thought as I pretended to be interested as Mrs. Naa talked about the novel I was going to read.
“Miss. Rose, what do you have to say for yourself?” the principal asked me as soon as I walked into the office.
“Nothing,” I said shrugging my shoulders and sitting down.
“Really? Well, Mr. Boakye just called saying you punched Kojo in the face. Is that correct?”
“Yes,” I replied, seeing no point in lying.
“Why did you do that?”
“Because he made me mad.”
“What did he do?”
“Well, do you know Diana my best friend?”
“Yes, she was one of my best students before she dropped out.”
“Well, Kojo called her Dirty Diana, and I had to stand up for my best friend, so I punched him,” I explained to him.
“Did he?” he asked, his eyebrows raising.
“Yes, and I know I shouldn’t have done that, but I couldn’t help it! He just made me so mad!” I said loudly as I got angry from just thinking about it.
“I understand your feelings, but next time just tell a teacher instead of punching someone in the face.”
“Fine, so what happens to me?” I asked, just wanting to get my punishment over with.
“Well, since you’ve never gotten in trouble before and you’re not completely at fault, you will get off with a warning and you have after school detention for the next five days, understand?”
“Fine,” I agreed, understanding that I got off lightly. “
Now of to class Miss. Rose said pointing at the door.
As soon as I left the office I took out my cellphone and texted Diana, excited to tell her about the day I just had.
“What?” she answered back a few seconds later. Wow, home tutoring must be pretty boring.
“I punched Kojo in the face! ” I replied back, smiling outwardly.
“Yeah, I just came out of the principal’s office for it.”
“Wow! Why did you punch him?”
“Long story. Do you have time to talk?”
“Not really, I’m with my home tutor, and I can’t really talk that much.”
“Aww! Alright, well then I’ll tell you more when I come over tonight, alright?” I texted her.
“Sure, talk to you later!”
“Bye!” I texted back before I put my phone back inside my pocket, and began heading to my second class of the day.
As I walked inside my World History class, though I noticed Jason. Wow, I didn’t know I had this class with Jason.
I guess this should be interesting, I thought as I took my seat near the front of the classroom.
