Some people think just going to church makes them Christians which isn’t true. Does standing in your garage make you a car? The answer is definitely no.
Man ought to know we are nothing without God. It’s wrong to think living a moral life is enough. Morality may keep you out of jail on earth but it takes the blood of Jesus Christ to keep you out of hell.
Many people are struggling in life because they refuse to give God a place in their lives, in turn denying ourselves the kind of blessings we want.
“The Lord’s blessing is our greatest wealth. All our work adds nothing to it” – Proverbs 10:22 (TLB).
Have you asked yourself why you pay money to the Doctor, entrusting your health to him who spent years learning to understand what God did, even though the least mistake he makes might kill you; and yet ignore the God who created and designed you, and knows the functions of all the organs in your life?
Some of us rely on books written by a man to live and run our lives yet ignore the word of God, forgetting one error in a health book can lead to your death.
There is nothing more fulfilling than being led by God, it is the only truth man needs. And this is what makes God happy. “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth” – 3 John 4 (NIV).
There is no relationship better than the one with your creator, who orders your steps, giving you what you need.
There is a big difference between being led by God and being manipulated by man or the devil. If it is God’s leading, there will be peace in your life and not pressure.
It brings grace upon your life and not guilt. You will bear fruits and not fights. You will have a reservoir of hope and not heaviness in your heart. You will be full of clarity and not confusion.
You can’t run ahead of God; if HE doesn’t give you what you want then it’s not what you need.
If HE asks you to put something down, it’s because He wants you to pick up something greater. God will never leave you empty. He will replace everything you lost.
You can’t walk with God while holding hands with the devil. If God is leading you, no matter what the world or the devil throws at you, you can and you will overcome it all.
In conclusion “What can we ever say to such wonderful things as these? If God is on our side, who can ever be against us?” – Romans 8:31 (TLB).
