” Marriage is for two willing people who want to stay together, fight together and face the future together”. Throughout the scriptures and life i haven’t seen any unwilling couples making it happily and joyfully in marriage. This is what you should try and avoid in your relationship or marriage life.
There is more tension and frustrations in a relationship where one party is unwilling. Most relationships are going through hell all because one party is having an unwilling spirit. This is a typical example of Jacob and Leah’s marriage, where Jacob never loved her but only tolerated her. No matter what Leah did Jacob’s heart was with Rachael because he never loved her. Leah may have loved Jacob and wanted them to have a happy marriage but because Jacob was having unwilling spirit he never gave her his love and God even saw it.
The presence of many unwilling couples in various relationships and marriages has contributed to many unhappy homes. The truth is not all people enter into marriage with unwilling spirit, most couples initially love their partners and their relationships but certain unfortunate things that kept happening made them lose interest in the relationship. But the good news is because its something that involves the will, one can still decide to change his or her will to make their relationship work no matter what.
When couples are having a willing spirit, their relationship becomes paramount in their lives, they do whatever they can do save and protect their relationship and they don’t sacrifice their x for anything but rather invest into it their time, resources and anything they have to make it work.
WILLING COUPLES ARE NOT PERFECT COUPLES, THEY FIGHT, THEY ARGUE, THEY QUARREL BUT STILL WORK THINGS OUT TO STAY TOGETHER.
WHEN WILLINGNESS AND UNDERSTANDING GROW – THE RELATIONSHIP GROWS
