For about 10 minutes nobody said a word. Rick was still in shock, and Ana continued to sob. She was scared the more wondering what would happen afterwards. Rick as well realized how difficult it was going to be as they would feel like strangers though they’re husband and wife.
Later Rick went to his wife and held her. “Ana… It’s okay… it’s okay” he said almost in tears.
