My insides began to feel strange as I nibbled on Kiara’s ear, causing her to squeal and jump back, dropping the remote we were both fighting over a while ago.
I smirked, grabbing it before she could and changed her precious little movie,Dear John,to monsters University.
Kiara pouted, sticking out her bottom lip.
“But I wasn’t done watching it!”
“You forced me to watch a whole marathon of sappy movies this whole night, now we are watching this.” I motioned to the TV, where Monster’s University appeared on the screen.
“Okay, fine. Have it your way!”
I stuck out my tongue at her, ready to grab her and pull her close to me, but that didn’t happen according to our doorbell.
“I will get it.”
I watched as kiara stood up in her cute little PJ’s, and walked to the front door.
I glanced at my watch, 7:30 p.m.
It wasn’t that late.
After a few seconds, I heard the front door squeak open.
“Who is it, love?” I shouted, loud enough she could hear me.
But, I was already making my way to the front door, only to find Kiara attacking a blonde girlin a tight hug.
Beside the blonde, was Kiara’s best friend, Michael.
“I missed you so much Andrea!” Kiara squealed, pulling away.
“Duh! Me too! But, I cannot believe you are getting married. Whose the lucky guy?” Andrea nudged kiara, just as I came behind her.
“I am.” I spoke, causing andrea to look up with wide eyes.
And that was when I realized who she really was.
Fvck!
I’m in deep sh*t.
“Y…You?” Andrea stammered, an awkward feeling filling the air.
“Um…”kiara began, breaking the silence.
“Why don’t we go up to my room, Andeea?” She grabbed Andrea and led her towards the stairs.
But andrea couldn’t help but still look back at me in shock.
“We have so much to catch up on!”
Sighing deeply, I turned back to come face-to-face with the one and only, Michael Westwood.
“Listen kyle, bro. We need to talk.” He simply said, no emotion in his voice or face, his eyes empty and lifeless.
But yet again, the look was quite scary.
Then again, he is Micheal.
He was known in High School for having that indescribably threatening straight-face.
Threatening.
