Money makes the world go round and power gets you anything you want so imagine if you have power and you’re rich as f**k. Imagine if you’re Damon O’Conner.
A city wide lockdown didn’t stop him from pulling some strings and letting us out.
“Wait a minute, the city is on lockdown. How are you going to have dinner with him?” I froze feeling stupid.
I started smacking myself on my cheeks repeatedly as Damon watched obviously amused.
“I’m f****ng stupid.” I said before repeating the same action until I got tired.
I finally summon courage and punch his numbers into my phone deciding to give him a call.
“Elena. I’ve been so worried about you. Where are you?” He asks the moment the receiver clicks.
“I went to have lunch when the lockdown was initiated. Were you able to leave the office?”
“No I’m still there”
“Alright, I’m heading there now”
“But isn’t there a lockdown? How did you leave the restaurant”
“She’s with me” Damon says. There’s silence for a couple of seconds until he speaks up.
“Oh that’s good then. I’ll see you guys soon” He clears his throat slightly and hugs up.
I heaved a huge sigh of relief thankful and Damon faced the road. We took a shortcut since major roads were being watched. The police were everywhere and we also didn’t want to run into the criminal.
Suddenly, out of no where four men jumped us making Damon pump the breaks. I started shivering.
“Get out of the car.” One of them commanded and Damon quickly turned on the lights and they turned out to be police officers. They held gun pointing it at as us.
“Oh no…” I whimpered raising my hands up. One of them nudged his head in a “come out” manner.
“Stay here, I’ll handle it.” He assured but I was almost pissing in my pants. Damon stepped out and faced them, two of them pointed their gun at me and the other two faced Damon.
“We’re going to be arrested. I’m going to jail. I’m going to jail. Or maybe I’ll die, I’m definately dead.” I repeated fiddling with my nails.

I crushed my phone in my hand cracking the screen before smashing it on the hard floor.
Second time my plan has been ruined because of Damon. He’s my best friend and all but he’s getting in the way of my sweet revenge. Yes I wanted revenge on that b***h.

Firstly, I’ll give her the illusion that I’m helplessly in love with her and then I’ll have sex with her a few times and if I’m lucky she might even fall in love with me and at the end of it all, I’ll dump her the same way she dumped coffee on me.
No one messes with me and goes Scott free. Wait until she gets here, I don’t care if we have dinner in this office, I will make her fall for me and use her as much as I want. I have big plans for you Elena Salvatore. Big plans.
