Veronica asks Virginia why she is giving so much money to Daniel. Virginia tells her it is personal and refuses to explain herself. Veronica leaves and Virginia threatens Daniel. He gets angry and he leaves the money on the table and walks away. She goes running after him, Veronica sees them leaving and decides to inform Martin. Nicolas and Salma assure Emiliano it was a simple gift. Virginia tells Daniel she was nervous because of Veronica that is why she threatens him. He decides to sell the recording to her on one condition. He promises to sell it to Veronica if she refuses his condition. Veronica asks an employer at the Prado Castelo’s house to go over the security tape of the house on two different dates. She wants him to check if any stranger entered the house on the first date. On the second date she wants him to note Virginia entry and exist of the house.
Daniel and Virginia heads to the hotel to fulfil his one condition. He tells her she is to satisfy him any time he wants. Veronica informs Magdalena about her plan to expose Virginia. Daniel hands over the pen drive to Virginia after making love to her. Little does she knows that Daniel still have the original. He swears to make Virginia pay for all the humiliation she puts him through. Virginia returns home takes out the pen drive and tells her she will never see Daniel again.
Martin is still searching for Ana Perla and Pablo. Pablo watches his wife sleep. Ana Perla wakes up and cries of pain, Pablo asks her to calm down. The pain become unbearable so they decide to walk back to town.
Furious Julio goes to the church with a gun. The priest however manages to calm him down. He asks him to kneel before the altar and reflect. Martin runs into Pablo and Ana Perla in the jungle. Martin calls Veronica to update her on Ana Perla’s health and asks her to arrange for a helicopter. Manuel and his grandfather discuss about the gold Manuel claim they will soon discover. Crescencio wants to use part of the gold to help Raymunda and her family. Manuel angrily hits the table and reminds him that they all betrayed him. Cresencio tries to explain to him that he made a promise to take care of his family. He suddenly feels bad and decides to ask Tomassita for tea. Manuel offers to prepare it for him and asks him to relax.
Martin calls Botel to inform him about Ana Perla health and the arrangement made to convey her to the city. Botel promises to there before they arrive. Manuel poisons his grandfather tea. The helicopter finally arrive, Martin and Pablo help her walk to get inside. They arrive at Martin’s place and Botel is there to attend to her. Ana Perla begs him to save her baby.
Lorenzo is worried about the arrangement to convey the gold to the city. He feels they should have hired a guard to accompany them in the truck. Joaquin tells him Martin wanted the delivery to be discreet. Lorenzo recognizes one worker from Crescencio mine closing the truck. The guy admits it but he needs to work extra to earn more money because their pay is not enough. The guy gives Lorenzo water from his flask to drink before they leave. Botel informs the rest that Ana Perla and the baby are out of danger.
Two workers load some barof gold into a wheelbarrow under Manuel supervision late at night. The truck conveying Martin gold gets a flat tyre on their way. Martin is already at the Prado Castelo’s Company assuring them that the gold would arrive at any moment from now. Emiliano reminds Martin that he is responsible for the delivery of gold. He is therefore going to be held liable if anything should happen. Martin hopes they keep their personal issue aside.
Ana Perla is safe and Veronica and Magdalena are with her chatting. They end up talking about the joy of motherhood. Veronica tells her Magdalena she loves her very much. Pablo goes to his apartment. His mother is pleased to know that he was able to reconcile with Ana Perla. She wants to visit Ana Perla because she has something for her.
Lorenzo and the driver try to fix the truck tyre. Magdalena advises Veronica to talk things over with Jorge. Lorenzo is worried they may not deliver the gold on time which can put Martin into big trouble. Lucia hands over a box containing a christening dress for Ana Perla’s baby. Earlier on Martin told Jorge today was a special day for Veronica so he wanted to request something from Jorge. Virginia and Salma discuss about something concerning Veronica to be done in the Prado Castelo’s mansion. Virginia feels it is a humiliation and won’t take part. Salma remind her of her deal with Veronica, Virginia accepts in order to please Jorge and Emiliano. She however wants to know what Salma told Veronica to make her change her mind. Salma tells her she will one day know about it and hopes Virginia forgives her when it happened.
Magdalena accompanies Veronica to Jorge’s office and decides to leave. Veronica tries to apologize to Jorge but he interrupts her. He admits he was a bit harsh with her. Veronica understands him perfectly after all Emiliano is his son. Jorge tells her she is also his daughter, Veronica promise to be very careful around Emiliano. Jorge asks her to come with him, they get to the gate and step on a walk way full of Pedal.
Mariachi band sings happy birthday as she walks on the pedal. Martin waits for her at the other end with a rose in hand. She smiles and joins him, he gives the rose to her and they kiss. It is party time in the garden, as soon they join the guest; they all get up to welcome the birthday girl. Everyone applaud expect Virginia and Emiliano. Martin gives the speech, and more kisses and cuddling. Virginia angrily stares at them and calls her a hypocrite. Her consolation is that very soon everyone will hate Veronica. On this note she walks towards Emiliano and as usual does her own things. Thank God this time he pays no attention to her.
Manuel and his good for nothing employer discuss their evil deed. The truck finally arrives but the guards inform them Emiliano and Jorge can only check it the following day. Botel also has a surprise for the birthday girl mother. Virginia and Emiliano watches Mr. & Mrs. San Telmo smooch at the party. Virginia tells Emiliano Jorge should have never allowed this party in the house. Emiliano angrily asks her to stop complaining about his father because he is an honest man. He reminds her that his name is Emiliano not Emi.
She doesn’t understand how he can defend Veronica after she played with his feeling. He reminds her that she did worse than Veronica with her lies and deceit. Virginia tells him she was really sick that Veronica lied. Emiliano wonders why Daniel ran away then. Botel and Magdalena smooch at the party. Botel finally proposes with a ring. Veronica joins them and mummy proudly shows her the ring. Today it is all about love; Blanquita finally calls Arturo from the village.
After cutting her birthday cake, Magdalena takes her daughter aside. She gives her a gift, a similar doll she gave her. Veronica recalls her fourth birthday, the last one she spent with her mother. The guards offer to help Lorenzo unload the gold but he refuses. Martin wishes his wife happy birthday and introduces an artist to perform. Martin and Veronica open the dance floor. Botel dance with Magdalena. I can’t find the rest of the Prado Castelo on the dance floor.
